Refund policy

Dignity® AllDay 400 Wheelchair RETURN POLICY

Prior to returning any new/unused Majestic Medical LLC product, whether ordered directly from Majestic Medical LLC or one of our approved dealers, please note the following:

1. If you receive a package with significant visible damage that could potentially impact the integrity or performance of the product inside, some things you should do are:

    • • If the delivery driver is present, make them aware immediately.
    • • Request that a claim be filed with the carrier for damage.
    • • Before opening, take a picture of the container damage and send picture(s) to: service@majesticmedicalllc.com, add description of the damage, where product was purchased your order number and any other relevant details, you can also call us at 1-800-940-4326.
    • • Open box with an authorized Dignity® AllDay 400 Wheelchair dealer and examine product(s) for damage - if product is deemed damaged, have dealer contact us at 1-800-940-4326. 

2. If product is deemed damaged, do not use or assemble. Please include any printed materials, parts and accessories that came with your shipment and note that:

    • • You (or the carrier, if damage is found to be their responsibility) are responsible for shipping charges and these charges must be pre-paid (we do not accept C.O.D.).
    • • Majestic Medical will not accept used products or product returned damaged without approval from our home office (via email to service@majesticmedicalllc.com or phone call to 1-800-940- 4326). You must receive a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from Majestic Medical LLC, we will not accept returns without an RGA. We also will not accept returns over 30 days from date of purchase.
    • • Majestic Medical cannot receive opened packaging or products out of their original packaging (unless pre-approved).

 

3. Original shipping charges are not refundable and are not included as part of the product price, you are responsible for return freight and a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. The original purchaser will be refunded/credited based upon their purchase price and refund/credit will be provided in the same form that original payment was made.

    • • This includes any product orders that have been cancelled but already shipped.
    • • Expect refund/credit within 30 days of Majestic Medical receiving returned product(s).
    • • Returned product(s) must be unused and, unless otherwise specified, in selling condition.

4. If for some reason an exchange is required, the original purchaser will be issued credit to be used for the new product. Majestic Medical LLC. must be notified within 5 days of customer product receipt of an intent for product exchange. As with other returns, the customer is responsible for shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Only the original product price (excluding shipping costs) is to be used to determine credit amount. The customer is responsible for paying any difference between their credited amount and the price of the exchanged product. Should the new product be less (after shipping and any other charges), the customer will be refunded/credited the difference in the same manner that original payment was made.
